Following the reference, create a new version of the Bologna logo. The logo should have a distinct three dimensional look, achieved through careful visual design. It should also feature a custom background texture that enhances its depth and character. In addition, the logo should include a subtle shine that reflects the chosen materials, which need to be clearly defined for example, if platinum is used, it should have a realistic metallic appearance.
